Considering switching from my DINAN Stg 1 to Bootmod3

Has anyone done this yet?

I’m mainly wanting the switch for E85 options but I don’t know a tuner in the Houston area.

Also, will the Bootmod3 just program over the Dinan tune, or do I need to have it removed first?

remove the dinan piggyback first. you wont regret it. I did the same and its worlds different. I run the OTS stage 2 in the winter and E85 in the summer. there are a few well known E85 tuners (to this forum at least) that do everything remote so it doesnt matter where you live.

Contact Paul Johnson Tunes (F80PAUL) for a custom E85 tune. Also order some Liquid Power top end lube as it's highly recommended for running ethanol blends. Paul will provide you a list of recommendations for running E85 such as reducing service intervals, NGK's, etc.

You will definitely enjoy the corn

I've had many people switch from Dinan to BM3. A piggyback is no comparison to a true ECU tune

Paul or Cary Jordan are both excellent tuners, who can work remotely to dial in your car via Street or Dyno.

I’ve read many great reviews on these tuners.

Thank you everyone for the input!

I’ll hopefully make the move by the spring or summer of 2019 after I do more research.
