iDrive service history problem

Hi!

I recently changed some consumables that urgently needed replacement and because there were no places available at the BMW dealer in such a short time and on days that I could get there, I called a service that records the operations in the service history. Both the one in the BMW network and the one in Idrive. They are not BMW associates, they are independent.

The problem is that they ruined my service history in Idrive and I want to go to the dealer to rewrite the entire service history in Idrive. The one in the BMW network was not affected so they have where to rewrite it. My question is whether dealers can do this, obviously for a fee?

I have never come across anyone needing his car's service history restored.

Best advice I can offer is you should ask your dealer if it can restore your car's iDrive service history.

Seems really weird for a BMW pretty sure the dealers can do it from my stand point of view.
