Self-healing grill?

I just dropped off my car for full PPF and told him to not do the grille as I think it's self-healing but as I said it I realized I wasn't 100% sure. Does anyone know if the G70 has a self-healing grille, similar to the iX? I have the M Sport Pro package if that matters.

Replying to my own message. Speaking to the dealer they said the 760 has active shutters and they don't recommend putting PPF on the grill which makes sense.

Hey, Patrik. I’m late to this, but trying to catch up on the forum. No, the grille on the 760i does not have the “self healing” feature like the iX. That said, I put satin PPF on the grille surround, but not on the vertical “spokes.”

I ended up putting PPF in the entire grill, including the vertical slats slats that open. I leased this car so I “wouldn’t have to care as much” but I sure have spent a lot of money to keep mine pristine LOL
