Passenger seat

I've the following problem:

I usually place the passenger seat quite forward to have more space behind.

Also sometime I'm using the car as a chauffeur limo. When I open in the automatic door menu on the touchscreen the rear right door for a passenger, the passenger seat automatically goes back to the standard position. Its very annoying and I don't understand why this happens.
I've to move the seat again.
Also when the passenger gets out of the car in the back and opens the door electrically, the same happens...

When someone sits on the passenger seat, it does not move.

All this happens only in the car which has the executive lounge. I’ve two cars one with, one without.

Does someone else have this problem?
