It's cool how the thread is about 80's cars and yet there's not a single car from the 80's in here.

I liked the looks of my '96 300ZX Twin Turbo (similar to this). Still like it.

Agree to disagree. Haha. I do love the E30 M3, but it's hard to come up with a list of 80s cars that I'm all that into. That's why I implied most cars, not all.
I think peak automotive sex appeal was 90's Japan.

That, the NSX, and Supra are the only cars from that era I find remotely interesting and the Supra not even aesthetically. 3 cars don’t make for an era of peak sex appeal lol

My dad had one until last year. Fantastic little thing. The scale of them compared to their contemporaries is what really worked for me. Just a completely different size. |

It's like everyone was still high on coke from the 80's making these batshit crazy cars. I love them!

The NSX is also up there. Just a classic wedge.

I forgot about the conquest/starion. There was one for sale a few years back that looked pretty clean. I wish I had bought it, even if just to drive it for a summer. Cool little cars.

I just think that the RX-7 was far from the best looking car ever and reminds me of a Lima bean. Just my personal taste. Name calling is totally unnecessary just because we disagree on what is good styling. Have a nice day.

The title. I see its spiraled into the 90s.

i think the OP edited the original title from 80s to 90s after someone commented that all the cars being mentioned were, in fact, from the 90s.

I dated a girl back in the day, her father bought all the cars for the family including her Matador....he loved AMC, his wife had the Gremlin. The upside was that the front seats folded completely flat turning that thing into a sex pit....this girl did it like a pack of wild dogs.....Ugly car though, if it wasn't for the sex I'd never have gotten into that thing.
