What rim size / offset to get for 745e xdrive ?
I just picked up a 2021 745e xDrive. I was surprised the car came with 245/45/19's all around. Normally I am used to a staggered setup with my BMW (granted I normally dont get xDrive).
I plan on getting some 22's and was wondering what type of setup I need to get. I read a bunch of other posts running staggered setup but didnt see any hyrbids. Normally I would get something like 22x9 +35 with 255 or 245's tires up front 22 x 10.5 +35 in the rear with 285's But with the xDrive system and it being a hyrbid I wasnt sure if I need to run the same size all around. Thanks in advance |

Just a guess but I assume the square setup on 19” rims is more for better fuel economy and low rolling resistance tire options than for handling and aesthetics…is your car an M sport?
You should be able to run a staggered wheel setup on x drive and hybrid without any issue but I would say don’t upsize too much |

On G11, staggered setups start from 20" wheels. For 20", it is 8.5Jx20 font and 10Jx20 for rears. For 21", it is 8.5Jx21 front and 10Jx21 rear. That is standard from factory.
