I've been making organic; banana, peanut butter and plain yogurt smoothies.
After blending place in the freezer until is becomes like a Wendy's Frosty. |

You can put frozen bananas in food processors with PB & dark chocolate - just like ice cream.

My typical daily snacking includes a banana, some berries to put in a yogurt. An apple and maybe some carrot sticks. Occasionally some almonds or some other type of nut.
If I'm at home, then it's whatever I can find. Usually peanut butter.
