The 7 Series is the only model where people are getting significant discounts.

That said, I couldn't move forward with the outdated iDrive still using the small screen.

About 4-6% in the Chicagoland area.

It's interesting and a bit painful to read older posts in this thread and remembering the good old days when dealers were fighting for our business.

Wow you guys get a ~50% residual on a 7 in the states?

In Canada, a 24mo lease results in a 41% residual, 36mo 33%, 39mo 31%, 42mo 29%, 45mo 27%, 48mo 25%.. similar figures for an 8

At those levels you might as well buy it.

I drove many car brands such as Audi, VW, Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi and just like I started my adventure with BMW, I don't want to have any other car...

I wouldn’t say that. X3 is being discounted for me 8.5% on an order.

Yeah but also the G11 7 did somewhat poorly here at least in Vancouver compared to the S Class; when the LCI was first released, corporate already gave out 25k incentives plus additional 10k off for leasing/financing excluding any additional discounts negotiated/from the dealer.

You wouldn't see such discounts from MB even on an S unless it's an outgoing model or about to be one let alone a newly facelifted vehicle.

I was offered a demo LCI G11 back in 2021 that was fully loaded with full merino, B&W, individual paint in Nardo Grey, basically everything except for rear entertainment and the dynamic handling package, they were willing to chop around 70k off the msrp and let it go for around 89k cad; it only had 9k km.

Maybe the G70 will do better here but who knows
