Probably a dumb question; Subframe connectors?
Does anybody make subframe connectors or other bracing for the V8 F01/F02? I found some stuff from Singapore for the 740, but the company says it only works with the straight 6.
I'm noticing quite a bit of chassis creaks and flex and nasty noises now that my 2011 has broken 50k, and they gotta be fixed. When I put subframe connectors on my Trans Am, the whole chassis stiffened up and all the creaks and rattles disappeared. I want that with my F02. Right now it feels and sounds like a 1985 Ford pickup and not a $100k German luxury car. |

That's no good. Hope you find what you're looking for. The battle against rattles and creaks is a tough one--eventually the law of diminishing returns tells you it's time for a new car. Don't go chasing rattles if this doesn't help; save yourself the headache.

I think I'm gonna try the I6 ones. The tunnel should be the same, so the middle brace should fit. The front one is iffy, especially with xDrive.
Front Middle The strut tower brace I don't think will work. |
