The rear seat entertainment looks great.
But, I noticed one version of the G11 that has a tunnel that extends the entire midsection and presumably this would prevent a 5th occupant. Yet, I noticed a rear seat version that still has the advanced seating, but the configuration looks similar to the F02. Can someone please explain the difference and what options gets you the tunnel and what options still give you the advanced rear seats, but you can slide the drive/tablet armrest up for the 5th occupant? |

That's an option called Executive Lounge Seating. http://www.bmw.com/com/en/newvehicle..._ambience.html

I know all we can get in the US will be the G12 740i and the G12 750i xDrive for the time being. Then, starting in November production, BMW will start to build G12 750i models for us. The 'L' has been dropped from the nomenclature of all long wheelbase 7-series cars destined for the US market. We can't get laser headlights or that remote parking feature that allows you to park the car in your garage from outside the car because both of those are illegal in the US. |

June 2016 is the EOP for the 2016 7-series cars for the US market. July 2016 would be SOP for the 2017 models. Why would they show something as being available for the 2016 models if it won't be available until the 2017 model year? |
