MSRP $103k
Sale price $90,250. Lease 36mo/10k year at $1152.98, $7500 dwn Residual 56% or $57.260. Yes, no, more $$ to take off? I don't do leases usually, any help would be appreciated

I wouldn't listen to a word these sales guys say. And, I would keep referencing the stark differences between the 2016 g and 2015 f. Anything less than $30k off would have me walking. If you're gonna have to spend the money then get the real McCoy and go with a 2016 G. If you really want the 2015, do yourself a favor: make them the offer above but $0 down + first months rent. If they balk, then walk. Also, get 15k miles so you can drive the thing and have fun. Don't put money down on a lease. It gives you a false sense of lowering the payment. Just put the down payment in the bank. Otherwise, if you need to recast for more time at the lease end your payment will increase. |

I'd say 103K should be a min of 15.7% off with incentives right now. So that's $87,550
Don't put anything down. If you have the cash do 7 MSD instead. Why are you doing 36/mo? Every dealer out here is doing 24/mo with 66% residual |

I'd personally stick firm on 17-18% off of ANY 2015 model. You gotta realize once that 2016 drops, so will the residual (even more that it already would) on the 2015s!

I'm looking at a $100k MSRP, about $14.2k off, 36 months, residual 55% at 12,000 miles per year, .0013 money factor, $0 down (cap cost reduction) and $1074 per month, and I'm not even done negotiating. Even with the same amount off (you should get a tad more off though), you should be looking at $1,111.22 with $0 down and 12,000 miles per year (10,000 is $1,083.95 per month). |
