San Marino blue
Just cool in the UK,s scorching hot September weather.
Not sure if this is the only one in the UK but the DP had to have something special at Harold Wood, laser lights and self parking and driving on the very large fob, probably some super wheels to add on but this is one beautiful colour. Love San Marino and nearly bought my F12 in that color with Opal white Full interior - was stunning. Still not sure I like the color on the boatly G11 though. Unless that's Smoke white .. the Ivory is more of a light gray ...

Thanks for sharing , that color is very sharp and striking ,not to mention cool factor
In addition ,short chassis option looks better than I thought it would be .

Notice that the interior rear door card design is different from the long wheelbase model; the door grab / pull in particular. This is the way they both should have been - which matches the front doors. Anyone know why the gaping hole design on the long wheelbase model? Not as intuitive either.

Not sure what you mean; please clarify.
All they had to do was extend the front portion of the door card, the portion adjacent to the b pillar... |

I got the following from BMW UK, hope this helps- As the rear doors in the G12 are significantly longer than the G11, the door pull has been positioned in the most ergonomic location for the passenger. It also will depend on the interior trim which is selected and the optional equipment added to the specification, such as speakers, which will alter the appearance of the door card. |

Unfortunately, there's still no valid reason there. All they had to do was extend the door in the way indicated on the attached. The gapping hole in the middle of the long wheel base door is not only ugly, but confusing. And if you look closely, memory and massage seat controls are actually less convenient on the current LWB door. See how everything would still be just as 'ergonomic'? |
