Boring.
For retired older people only. I am 60 and just got an m4 gts. Having a blast going to work every day! Never would have considered a black series. |

I was a Mercedes fan myself. I have deep respect for AMG for what they're doing. Have been a loyal BMW fan since 2007. However, BMW has not given us a single M car that we can boast about. AMG has made several. SLS, SLR, and now GTR. All of which will mop the floor with the M4 GTS. so enough said.

I honestly never notice them. They're just too bland to stand out with the exception of the more aggressive-bodied AMGs. But I had one for a few months and it was a great car.

I like the AMGs. Everything else looks bland to me.

Leasing has made it virtually impossible to assess an individual's financial status based on car model.
Gone are the days where you can go "That guy drives a new M3, he must be affluent." Now it's "That guy drives a new M3, it's probably a lease (statistically) and all I can discern about his financial situation is that he's at least middle class to be able to afford $10k-$12k/year in annual car payments." |

You little tantrum is way out of proportion to my post. I'm saying what probably goes through a lot of peoples' minds on a daily basis, probably more so when expensive exotic cars are involved.

If you survey luxury car owners, a slight majority will admit that they enjoy driving their car in part due to the perceived "prestige" factor associated with it.
I'm just saying that leasing as a financial instrument has all but ruined that prestige factor for a great number of luxury vehicles. * |
