From someone who has parents who own one and who planned on buying a 7 sometime in the next few years this is compared to the last two generations..........

Whether you loved or hated the interior, the current generation's interior was (and still is) totally unique among the BMW line. This just looks like an evolved X5 or X6 interior. Very disappointing - nothing revolutionary here.

Oh, also, I'll bet $5 that the iDrive display here is either a sticker on the screen or is otherwise programmed to be fake. Very much doubt they'd carry over an identical UI for their flagship model, particularly considering the new iDrive controls.

This is a mock up and the production version will be a bit higher class/Quality and have a few extra features.

dosen't this resemble the W211 S- Class?? I honestly think that this is a camo made to look like the S Class. Considering the # of spy photographers out there... just a trick to make them bark up a wrong tree and them slam them with a completely new design on the prod model in the upcoming auto show where it will be revealed.

I might part of the minority but I actually like the current 7 series interior (everything except the cheap silver plastic in it)
I'm really hoping the wood dash trim ends up being 1 piece on top of the controls that goes all the way to the passanger door instead of it being in two pieces like it is in that pic, looks like crap
