When you're done with your Capt. Morgan, keep the nice cork for your Bumbu. Fits perfectly.

1.5 oz light rum .75 oz Cointreau .75 oz orgeat syrup (this is a key ingredient and use a high quality product, like this one here) 3 oz orange juice 3 oz pineapple juice Mix & shake all ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker, then strain into a tall glass full of crushed ice. Guaranteed the drink will taste better if it's in a tiki glass Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and add some of the maraschino syrup. Finally, float a bit of dark 151 rum AND regular dark rum on top but do not stir. I use Gosling's rums. Stick a straw in it and serve. |

1oz dark rum 1oz light rum .5 oz orgeat .5 oz agave syrup .5 oz lime juice .25 oz dry Cointreau Then I triple that recipe to make two glasses. Shake all together and pour over ice. Throw in a luxardo cherry or three. |

Mine is sweeter with the 2 juices, but we usually serve with Chinese food so it provides a good balance. |

Guess I'll play... Just a sample of my extensive Rum collection. I've become a Connoisseur over the years...

Plantation 20th is still my favorite, but the Triple Aged Dos Maderas is making a move.
I need to try the FOURSQUARE with some ice, its surprisingly smooth for being 120 proof, but the 'fire' needs to be tamed a little bit. |

You have done well... Yes. I have been recommending Plantation XO for a couple of years now on this forum. It is my favorite spirit and I have sampled countless. I keep several amazing varieties in my bar at all times.

Went to replenish my stocks this morning after some of the boys dropping by this week for some sampling. Got the Kraken on special.
I had a few leftovers from different brands that I "blended" in one single bottle. Is that wrong? Attachment 2777193 Last edited by Lady Jane; 01-06-2022 at 05:09 PM.. |

When my eyes are getting tired towards the end of the day, this looks like the Bum thread.
