Is this a good lease deal on a 2024 i7 m70...
MSRP $192,425 - savings/incentives of $25,900 so adjusted price is $166,525. 3 yr lease, 10k miles, residual 54%, money factor .00160 (i believe its their buy rate). drive off $5,978 which includes first payment... the monthly lease payment including tax is $2,474/mo... any thoughts/opinions are appreciated :-)
Cheers! |

I can't speak for the American prices but in Germany I got my new i7x60 (MSRP 180k EUR) for 1.1k/month (15.000km/48) and you can get M70s used (around 10k km) starting from 1.3k, new for way under 2k (10k km/36).
So for me it seems pretty expensive, but I really don't have a clue if these prices can be compared the the North American market. |

My MSRP was $140k, after rebates and discount was $114k. $1,500ish incl tax, 36/10 w/ similar down. Prob in a similar county as you for sales tax. From just a comparison standpoint, assuming all other factors equal, should be around $2,200 for a $166k lease price. Just a quick gut check, you don’t look that far off…
Let me know if you would like to use my broker, who is pretty good and will give a decent discount and always base buy rate. |

Look for a west coast based broker, they will get you a better deal for a small fee. My east coast broker is offering 11% off MSRP plus 14,900 in incentives for an i7 M70. A west coast broker should offer something similar.

Actually no down payment, but I always have a "deal" with the seller that the car can stay at the dealership for a couple of weeks as a kind of presentation vehicle.
Have a look at some lease deals from the German forum: https://www.7-forum.com/forum/showth...244973&page=27 |
