Blind Spot?
Does anyone feel our cars have some type of blind spot where it is sometimes difficult to tell that there is a car in the lane to the left of you? My driver’s side view mirror is adjusted properly, only showing a sliver of the body of my car. Thanks.

Well, all cars have blind spots
That's what the 'Active Blind Spot Detection' system is for and it works great!

I've never driven a car that didn't have some sort of blind spot. The lane change assist feature on my MB seems to work quite well (although I assume it isn't foolproof) and I'll wager that the same is true of yours.
