Yep, big boxing fan here too and this is what I'm thinking as well. With that said I'll probably see it (being a fan) when it comes to my TV and is cheap or even better, free.

I watched The Northman last night, it gets good reviews and I hated it. I can't exactly put my finger on it but it was just plain bad in my opinion. Great cast I just didn't like it. Dark, almost like an art film in ways, the dialogue was difficult to hear and understand, and it was like it didn't know what it wanted to be. Just my .02 cents.

Just looking at the poster one (I) could tell it's gonna be formulaic and nothing special. I dunno why ppl would pay to see this movie. It's really artsy in many parts and I had to fast fwd as I couldn't take anymore. Another 'Lion King'-type story for adults.

Screams of a movie where everything that's important happens with really low volume dialogue and in the dark so you can't see shit.

Yeah, maybe. I love a good vampire movie and that may not be it.

I liked it, decent watch and I dunno anything about the backgrd, if it was a comic, etc. Like I said in an earlier post, I guess I know how one of those actors will turn out in another upcoming role haha.

They say in association with Marvel, or something like that, so probably from a comic, but could still be good.

I like vampire movies so will give it a shot when it's free to me

Thanks for the opinion.

Np.

Me too, I'm a huge vampire/horror fan. Just go in w low expectations (was expecting the usual Marvel brain-dead movie) and was pleasantly surprised and entertained.

I've been sick in bed so I've been watching some random movies

The Tomorrow War - went in fully thinking a super cheesy generic sci-fi flick, I was pleasantly surprised, wasn't bad at all if you like the genre, aliens and time travel.

Just finished watching Tombstone for the first time in my life, yea the one that came out in '93, I don't know why I've never seen it before but I loved it.

Back to my fever induced movie watching.... don't mind my babbling

Watched “The Black Phone” tonight. Pretty good movie. Ethan Hawke’s character was creepy and the movie had some good jump scare. Good acting and casting overall. Enjoyed the storyline too. Would recommend it.

Glad to hear it's good. Hawke is one of my faves...is this the first time he's playing a baddie? Definitely will watch that one.

Has anyone watched "A Serbian Film"

We love horror movies, I own a copy of Cannibal Holocaust. Just curious if it's that demented before I drop $35 on the BluRay for the unedited version.

We watched Spiderhead the other night, it wasn't bad. A bit different but entertaining.
