This was all engineers too. I left my last job because things seemed like they were headed south, but nothing ever happened. Now I'm here and this comes out of the blue. Go figure.

It happens everywhere in every industry, because you can't control the people you're forced to work with. Our issue is management is a bunch of cunts, walk back in the plant for 5 minutes a day to harp on people, then run back to their office.

Hell I make resumes for the guys on the floor because I don't want to see them stuck anymore, even after most have been there 15+ years. It's sad, but management brought it on themselves.
