Ok here's another one, how much %tip should you leave at an Asian restaurant or do they take offense to you leaving a tip because it's not something that's normally done in their home countries?

In my opinion? Not quite; one of my good buddies is Filipino, but in Taiwan they have a stereotype of being low-class maids.

Taiwanese people tend to love Japanese culture, but most Chinese people deeply despise the Japanese because of a war (forgot which one).

In America: You bet your ass they appreciate tips, especially if the boss is a typical cheap Asian business owner and they either take full advantage of the "tip wages" in certain states (e.g. minimum wage for normal workers is $8/hr and tip-based workers make $4/hr), or pay them miniscule wages compared to their American peers like Denny's and stuff. Now you see why they have a shitty attitude when they serve you?

White, corresponding with metal, represents gold and symbolizes brightness, purity, and fulfillment. Plus certain Asians aren't exactly known for originality either.

I'll admit I leave only about 10-12% in a cheap little Chinese place. They usually don't put much effort into service but at least they are fast.

The lighter skinned Asians (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) tend to look down on the darker ones (Viet, Flip, Thai, etc).

Then among those 3 light skinned ones, each of them tend to not like the other 2.

Yea there's always exceptions. I know some really freaking dark Chinese people. But by and large what I said originally is mostly true.
