I think its gorgeous. We are a 3 car family, 2 SUVs for Mom and Dad and M4 for dad for fun. I could see replacing my wifes ICE car with something exactly like this.

If it's anywhere near 30K i'll eat my hat. Closer to 40 for base trim, quickly at 50 with a few ticks of option boxes.

Why does it have to look like a spaceship? The tagline is "an EV for everyone." Assuming the previous ICE model was also targeted to "everyone", why does the EV design have to be so polarizing? Ford has it right, at least with the F150, just make it look like a normal damn car. Make it a normal design evolution from the previous, don't make it look like you have to have colored hair and Birkenstocks to drive it.

If its anything like the bolt the version anyone will want will start near 40k before ADM. I'm glad the base costs are coming down though. Its a good bit better looking than the other $30k options right now. Okay range, okay charge rate. If I were in the market for a second winter/utility car I'd look into it.

Can someone explain the trend to me of having really squinty driving lights and then a seperate pair of actual headlights? BMW is doing it and it looks like shit, Hyundai or Kia are doing it, it too looks like shit and I see it here on this box.
Is there some regulation that I missed that requires the headlights to be split for more pedestrian crash safety or something? This squinty extra light bullshit on a car does not look good. The whole purpose and premise of them was when Audi released them back in the day to be a "fancy" daytime running lights on their R8;
