Maldonado handed three-place grid penalty for impeding

the starting order should be:

Button, Kobayashi; Raikkonen, Perez; Alonso, Maldonado; Hamilton, Grosjean

Dumb move for Hamilton to switch back to the old wing (although I guess hindsight is 20/20). He'll be hampered by it all race.

Yeah I was wondering why he would opt for a higher downforce wing at Spa.

Great to see Kobayashi start P2, should be an exciting race for sure provided Maldonado doesn't cause a repeat of 1998.
