that article was a good read.
my trainer suggested at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise (running, jump rope, bicycle, etc...) at your target heart rate. so you should maintain a high heart rate (healthy of course depending on age and other factors) for at least 30 min daily if possible. you first burn off calories, then after 30 min, begin to start burning the fat that is stored all over your body. |

You an also try upping the number of meals, but decreasing the size. I prefer to eat a breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-day snack, dinner, post dinner snack : ) It helps if you don't let yourself get to the point where you feel like you're starving.

As far as the beer comments go, you can drink 3 Coors Lights with the same amount of calories as 1 regular beer.
You're welcome.

When you do your specific excercise (crunches, situp, etc) for the stomach, be sure you are pulling the muscles IN before starting. Otherwise you may have lost fat, but gained size by building the muscles in a bulge outward.

I have hangovers all the time, but I never have headaches. A headache isn't the only symptom of a hangover. If you feel like shit the next day.. guess what? Your hung over~!

Ok, I will further qualify my statement. In my experience, and those of my close friends, hangovers are minimized when drinking good scotch vs many alternative alcohols : )

If you get blitzed on a half bottle of scotch, you probably aren't doing your body any favors.
If you want to lose bellyfat it is easy, just requires a little bit of work. You have to change your diet, eat more smaller nutritional meals and then workout 30-45 minutes a day or at least 3-4 times a week. |

There is Program called P90X, its a hardcore training program...honestly i dont usually believe all these training programs that are advertised on TV. but my Fiances brother did it and he changed from 100%. I myself been working out for almost 6 years building muscle and doing Cardio, as soon as i started that P90X program i actually lost the thrill to working out using loads of weights and doing Cardio by only running...
Basically this program is not only training, its a way of life...they teach you how to eat and how to work out and make them both work together. Google it and you will see what im talking about... also there are other training programs called INSANITY !!!. its hardcore stuff.

Simply put: there's no such thing as spot reduction - the first place your body stores fat is the last place it takes it from. For fat burning, HIIT (high intensity interval training) seems the most effective for the most people. Lastly, your diet has to improve, which can usually be covered by "eating clean" - lean meats, fruit, vegetables, nothing fried, nothing with rice, flour, potatoes or sugar.
