Ok when you do that, Apple also recommends you restart the phone after you erase the app because even if you erase the app the phone might keep its old data until you restart it

OK, I deleted the app, rebooted the phone, installed the app and logged in again. 🤞

I just tried deleting the app, rebooting my iPhone, and reinstalling it because I had to login again.

Ok don’t waste time re installing the app anymore. Let’s wait for the the next version to be approved (7.1.0) and see if that also has the problem or fixes the problem and go from there. Hopefully will be out in the next day

Lasy luck is on our side. Apple approved the new version and it should be available now (7.1.0). Can you check the App Store and update it if it’s available and see if it fixes your problem? The first time you use it you may have to login again but after that if we happen to both be on again I can try to manually trigger the problem

OK, I signed out of the app, deleted the old version, rebooted my iPhone, installed the new version and signed back in. Thanks for your patience, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that this works. 🤞
