yungdro, we must be neighbours, this is where I got my F01 from, Williams Manchester!
Test drived the M sport, harsh ride and went for the SE Exclusive with adaptive drive and a few more bits and bobs.. But that is all a matter of taste and personal preference I guess. Back to topic, I think it does very much look like an LCI, the difference between G11 and F01 looks much less pronounced than the one between F01 and E65. If they reduced the weight, made it a bit faster, the ride more comfy on comfort plus and the building quality a bit better, thats as good an upgrade as it needs to be for my taste. We keep on mentioning S Klass, but at S350 guise in UK, it is a much more expensive ( in real terms) and slower car. |

I saw the G11 7 series in both standard trim and the M-sport trim in the flesh and the car is stunning. These low-quality leaked images really don't do the car justice. The tech and performance of the car is also ahead of the MB S550.
Random info on the car: 0-60 in 4.3 seconds for a 750i. This is as fast as a F10 M5. Adaptive suspension will adjust on the fly without need to use Comfort mode, sport mode, etc. It adapts to your driving habits and improves handling and ride quality at the same time Transmission has Satellite Nav technology from Rolls-Royce. Will shift and prepare gearing based on roads and terrain. Last edited by CaliE90; 05-12-2015 at 11:33 AM.. |

BMW is really screwing up this launch.
There are so many pictures of the new 7 which make the car look bad. The people who have seen it say it looks great. If that's the case why not release the media pictures. That's what most car companies do after non professional images leak. The new 7 has a reputation for ugliness already, and by this summer that reputation will be entrenched in people's minds.

I often bite my tongue on these forums, but I can't help myself here. You come across as a very insecure and sad little boy. As someone who can afford this car, I find your comments pathetic and immature. Many people work hard and aspire to own such nice cars. While some people on here may not be able to afford the car today, that doesn't mean they won't be able to in the near future. Their opinions matter just as much as anyone else's. It's fair for them to say what they want. And it's fair for you to disagree. Just show a little respect and don't respond like an imbecile. Thanks. |

There are 4 older BMWs in my family, one being a 7 series. I'm sorry to say their cars and designs have been so underwhelming recently and they are trying to get in every possible segment, thus diluting the brand. This may work for a while financially, but won't last forever. I like BMW but then again, I don't want to be a fanboy who blindly likes anything BMW comes out with. If its crap, it needs to be called out. My father waited for the new 7 series but he's now dead set on the S63 AMG sedan after looking at these pics (and we all know the final car is going to be like this) and even the actual videos from BMW showing the gimmicky tech. Gestures? Really? Looks like getting rid of flies in your car...adding all that chrome is like putting lipstick on an ugly pig. |

people here love the same thing on the new Range Rover. Looks pretty good on the new 7 too. Excellent car by BMW. Nothing extraordinary but adequate. I like it better than the A8 already and will wait till the reveal to decide if I like it more than the S class or not.

Wow. That's amazing that It will be " so entrenched " that when people actually see it for themselves that they will be incapable of rational thought, and incapable of actually forming or adapting their own opinion based on seeing it in person. OMG You're right , this is absolutely horrible ! Oh wait... Except for the people that have seen it, say it looks great.....! So...now you've just got me all confused ! |
