Mine will have to sit outside also because it sure as hell doesn't fit in the garage. |

Have tix to see Depeche Mode in October. They're a great show... but have changed considerably since I first saw them at the Kabuki Theater in San Francisco, shortly after Speak & Spell came out.
Here's a picture from that tour. Note the big Revox tape recorder in the background that played backing tracks. |

I've seen them every time they've been here, don't think they're going to make it down here this time though. Enjoy the show, I've seen the latest tour on YouTube in it looks and sounds great. |

1:72 diecast Sherman tank. Nothing great, but it has good detail and looks accurate to my untrained eye.
Went to Normandy in May (great trip) and when I got back I made a small WW2/Normandy shrine in my office. Figured the tank would be a good addition. |

May i request that you remove the original sticker from the jam jar?
Pretty cool though! I like the idea.

Very cool idea. I may steal it from you when i make a visit. Love the M1 clip and Cricket. Perfect items for a small office shrine.

Haha, and you talked me into it! Doesn't matter really, I can get more of those jars as they sell it in the UK. I was thinking of adding a small Willys Jeep, but might get too crowded. The m1 clip is from my own Garand. Truly a great rifle. I would part with any of my other firearms but that one.

Wish I had the money for a 75 inch in that range. I'm not sure I cant put my finger on it, it just seems like the quality is right along with my older TV, UN60D6400UF. I don't think this TV is anywhere near what I paid, I did watch some HDR 4k stuff and it looks awesome just not sure what to do. What would you get for around this price at a 75 inch? I'm big into games, will def be getting the Xbox One X, and the other part is football. Not sure what TV to get, maybe I just dont like sony? lol

Speaking of compromises... Video processing (like manipulating motion or noise settings) will increase lag times. I am not a big gamer so I can't really speak much personal experience in this regard, but I have noticed the Samsung displays seem to be particularly strong performers with input lag.

Well I have been actively trying to buy one of these... for 10 days now I have been on the pursuit with extreme diligence.
Woke up about 2 weeks ago and decided I want one... but unfortunately it just is not meant to be. Have any of you been obsessed with a purchase that simply cannot be had due to limited production? I actually feel heart broken over this, lol.

lol no. Been wanting one for a while. Wife was super skeptical about it but now she cant put it down. My old Eureka upright is getting tossed out since this does either the same or better on carpet. I'd like to find the soft hardwood roller head but right now what came with it is fine.
No way I'd buy this thing normally without my points though. $440 is a though price to swallow |

I was really upset when the main board on my XBR65X930D died after about 70 days... just outside the return window. Sony was good about sending a tech out to replace it, though, and the dealer gave me a five year extended warranty. |
