We're finally out of the freezing pattern -- now warmer (39F last night) and rainy and windy. Despite highs in the 50s yesterday, I think I still have some patches of white snow/ice in the spots that don't see sun. Next weekend forecast for 70ish.

Same here, windy as a bitch. Gusts up to 55 mph. I was getting blown around like an empty paper bag on the bridge between NY and NJ this morning.

Cool and cloudy today. Drizzle this morning. 56°F right now with a high forecasted to be 64. Santa Ana wind event coming tomorrow and the next day. Gusts could be as high as 65 mph.

This morning the top speed has been pushed to 80

Calm before the storm here now. Bright sun, 55, not a leaf moving.

It's almost as if the DST switch has made it warmer, even though it's not. Came to work in a jacket, but took it off pretty quickly as I began to sweat.

Still shows gusts can reach 65 mph around here. I think I’ve mentioned it before that we’re in this little pocket where the wind usually just passes us by. Not always but most of the time. Hopefully that’s the case with this wind event.

Bright sunshine and a high of 73 today. I saw the first Forsythia bloom of the season. By Monday there will be yellow bushes everywhere. I'm a happy camper.

Ironically, today is the first day I've felt good in forever. I've had some kind of allergy thing going on for months with a clogged head, runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.

Well the Santa Ana winds didn't pass us by this time. Currently sustained winds @35 mph and gusts as high as 67 mph. Making a mess everywhere. Hopefully there will be no big damage. Supposed to be calm by 6pm.

Long story short.

I have a strong immune system, so usually when I get the flu I just ride it out, and it goes away after a while.

I have an infection because I let it go so long.

The good thing is that I lost 7 pounds in 3 days. I know it`s mostly water weight, but I`ll take
