At least the Audi's insurance shouldn't be affected

I'd be very surprised if there wasn't some heat damage to the Audi.

There would be if the whole suv went up but as you can see the right half side of the Cayenne is not affected and intact, according to the news report the fire brigade arrived promptly so it didn't spread that far.

Genius Star XI was shipping lithium-ion batteries from Vietnam to San Diego. The crew alerted the Coast Guard early Thursday morning to the fire, after pumping carbon dioxide into hold No. 1 — where the blaze began — and sealing it, fearing an explosion.
Arriving Friday, Genius Star XI was kept 2 miles (3.2 kilometers) from shore to mitigate the risks of toxic gases produced by the fire to the community and environment while responders worked to extinguish the flames, Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. Mike Salerno said in an email to The Associated Press.

I'm wondering if the lithium battery in current phones and digital cameras etc is resolved tech and smaller and lesser risk of fire whereas when used in cars /ebikes is a prototype tech and perhaps more current needed =extra heat = extra risks of fire.
