Nice shot, Mario. Is the airport really close to the downtown? Or is that just telephoto compression making that plane look close to the buildings?

Thank you! The airport is pretty close and the planes are actually flying that low..

no, just the lens. i still havent bought one for the tokina 11-16. i would have captured the sun better if i had one..

I think it's a great image, especially considering you used no filter. The sun isn't blown out at all.

mark, some vignetting might help your cat in chair pic, make it look a little more aged possibly?

I did add vignetting on the RAW file, but then I cropped it and lost some. There is still a good deal of it there. I wasn't really going for old as much as just a film look.

thanks man. this one is with the 35mm and filter, took while i was deciding which lens to use.

and the bench one with the tokina.

I like the bench one, but maybe a little too much highlighting around the bench for my taste, otherwise, it's a nice exposure.

yeah noticed it too, i added some fill light in lightroom probably thats why it appeared. should have shot it hdr.
