Sweet Modded 7er.

Honestly, though, off the assembly line, this new 7 is BUTT UGLY. Then again, I'm 27 years old. If that's what the 50+ crowd is looking for, more power to them I guess. But I would really like for BMW to go back to the sporty look that E38 had. I LOVE the E38 7 Series. |

Oddly, I feel proud when I see BMW develop and deliver something so attractive both inside and out. Sure some of might think the opening in the front bumper is too big or don’t like the tail lights, but overall I think it looks beautiful. The sport pkg might bring it one step closer to my absolute favorite.
In I think the first video of the champagne color one right before the end you see a front end view of the 7 as its in motion and you get a good perspective of its stretched and sporty character. It looks by far the best in that shot (pause the video and I think you’ll see what I’m talking about). Being a long time board member it’s interesting to read such initially harsh negative comments and see most come back and change their opinion later. Although it looks like they are in the minority. Now we have to see it in real life and hopefully get the same feeling. |

I like this new 7-Series and the way it looks very much, but I think it would have looked even better like this:
But as I say, the way it looks now is just fine aswell. Last edited by iPhil; 07-07-2008 at 10:38 AM.. |

AMAZING VIDEO!
That music was tight too. Wow I love this car so much. How does that work? You go from hating something to loving it within such a short period of time. I love BMW design.

i hope everyone realizes that the interior is wayyyyyy more driver oriented than any other model in the lineup, especially the current perfectly simetrical 7.
way to go BMW! but it still bothers me how it looks so much like the X5/X6. The 7 is supposed to be unique and a major step above... this is not unique and baaaaarely a step above
