I keep envisioning my bedroom with black walls (they are damn near black now) with purple accents. Have also been considering doing away with the ceiling fan and putting up a black chandelier. My biggest fear that it will look like either something from a vampire movie or Prince's bedroom.

I appreciate that my guys!
I've been contemplating a accent chair for a minute. I knew I wanted a "velvet, tufted button" style for certain. It was the color I debated: Orange, Blue or Berry/Wine.
In the end I decided this color was expressive, appealing and most importantly, stylish.

My wife rides later in the evening when it's hot, 8 or 9. Luckily all of her shows this year haven't been too terrible.

Had the weights on a V shaped holder for a while but as I added more weights needed something a bit bigger, but still able to fit in small space

I need it to fit in a small space so didn't want it too wide. Holds up to 400lb so should be good for now.

My work car was getting to the point where the problems and cost to fix them were exceeding the worth. I'm saying goodbye to the 2003 Ford Explorer and bought this yesterday. I'm not really a fan of the color or interior but we got it for such a good price I couldn't pass it up.

Ha, it's not new. It's a 2019. I simply bought it because we could turn around and sell it tomorrow and make $7k.

But you’re not. You just said it’s going to be your daily. I would never settle on something I’d need to look at everyday.

Assuming that there are no airbags in the seats, one could buy a whole lot of seat covers for seven grand.....

Prior to this, I drove a red (absolutely can't stand that color) 2003 Ford Explorer. The Explorer and the Edge are both work cars. I don't care what they look like:-) If I'm having one of those days where I want to drive something nice I open the garage and pull out the X5 M50i. It doesn't make sense to drive a nice car every day where I have to park for work and driving on the bad streets in the city daily.

I have to agree with BYEIL on this one. Then again I did also spend 2k on a custom office chair and have my own mechanical keyboards at work since I work at a desk all day. I get a lot of enjoyment out of using items that I enjoy, it's worth the sometimes unnecessary extra cost (but hey, we are on a BMW forum so... everyone should understand this I hope)

I daily drive a Wrangler that I care for as much as my X7. Love the color and the options. I felt no need to compromise or drive something I hate just to possibly save a few bucks. Moving on.

However, still screwing around with water and coffee adjustments to get the coffee flavor just right. It’s ok and maybe I was just too used to the old one, but taking a while to get happy with the coffee the new coffee maker brews.
Replaced the Ninja coffee maker after 4 months by going back to another Cusinart. Never got the Ninja to make a good enough pot of coffee. I think part of the problem is the brew cycle takes took long. Too bad because otherwise the functional design was good. But it didn’t do the most important thing good enough.

The Ninja is slow indeed. I usually set it up the night before so it's done when I wake up. But if I forget, I have to set it up and start it brewing, then go do other things for a bit. The thing I hate about it is that the slightest little power blip will reset the clock and timer. We don't lose power very often, but we do have one or two second blips a few times a month where the power just sort of blinks. That kills the settings on the coffee maker and, more annoyingly, the outside light timer. That switch is such a pain to set up again that I've stopped using it and have gone back to turning the outside lights on and off manually.

That said, I think the Ninja makes a decent pot of coffee. No complaints there.
