Interior is incredible
Front is better than expected Back - this is the biggest loss for me. What the heck! Trunk needs to go out longer to match bumper, trunk area looks bare and empty, tail lights meh, badging meh. Fail here |

There are ways of making the double headlights look good and this isn't one..
Ironically Nio did this better, I never thought Id say that a Chinese car looks better but here we are. |

Don't like the design.
And what is this trend of EV's having 2-spoke steering wheels?

Sadly, exterior looks not as good as I had hoped. I actually liked the renders that were going around. But the interior is a big change, and hope that sound system is game changing.
Some of the exterior shapes remind me of some Rolls Royce DNA |

This interior is easily a 10. Creating a ledge on the dash to make it look like the curved screen is sitting on is the small details that Mercedes and Audi don't really consider - it's just a screen slapped on the dash.
Removing the tablet and putting controls on the door is also well thought of. In terms of interior, the 7er has the S Class beat IMO Exterior design. Oh boy… |

So I watched the CarWow video.
Not a huge fan of the EV version…it's ok but like the ICE version more. The side profile and rear looks great. Very clean lines compared to the old model. The front doesn't bother me much with the black kidneys (coffins?) and dark colour. I'm sure this will be a hit. That oversized 7 makes me twitchy, I'd definitely have to debadge.

Is this a new Russian tank that will be deployed in the war? WTF, this is the ugliest THING I've ever seen to date! What the hell has gone wrong with BMW? This is what they now call innovation??? Not only ugly front but stupid rear... Why the rear bumper look like it was stretched backwards????
I would like to hear from those who kept saying for the past few months, the rendering was not inline with the real production vehicle. What do you think about the new 7? ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Actually Love it. Interior and Tech 9/10, Rear design 7.5/10, front design 6.5/10 IMO. Overall leaps better than the W223. Can't wait to test drive one.

The design team at BMW is as adept at reading public sentiment and has as much common sense as Putin's Russia.
First I was outraged at these new concepts. Now I just laugh. This is pathetic. |

Ugly but not EQS ugly. Interior is objectively class-leading dare I say? BMW really had to go tech forward with this generation as the G11 was lackluster from and interior tech and design standpoint.
I think this will be a winner for BMW.

It's not sarcasm at all.
This car's design in and out is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

Now there are even M grille badges on non-M models. My neighbor got an X3 M40 and I had to do a double take as to why there was an M badge on the grille when it clearly wasn't an X3M.

It's amazing that you can be so far from reality & information; but you can still survive and make enough money to get a BMW. Amazing.
