Thank you brother and likewise. What % tint are you going with? Loved the 50th emblems on my previous G80. An OEM rear emblem is going to be impossible to source due to the washer system. You could always try Ali or eBay.

I wanted it to be more on the silver side but in all honesty it adds a lot of character to the car.

The interior is smoke white.

Would appreciate your thought
Pics of the back? It looks pretty decent actually….

I went with ceramic tint 5% in the back and 15% in the front. Looks great on the 7

Tanzanite Blue II over Cognac with Natural Mirror Oak Wood. Completely different ride from the G80 but I’m loving it so far. Only plans are I have for it are tint, lowering links and spacers.
Congrats! Tanzanite is a stunning color in person. How are you adjusting coming from the G80? I had a G20 M340i before this and it took a good couple of months to get used to the sheer size difference. Biggest thing for me is judging where the front corners are. But like you said, couldn't pass up the discounts on the 7's.

Thank you. I’m quite happy with it at the moment albeit in terms of drive it is a complete 180 compared to the G80. It still has the “BMW feel” on the road but in a much more relaxed, plush and comfortable fashion. Personally I’ve always been a fan of big body luxury sedans and prior to the G80 I had both the Mercedes C257 CLS and W213 E class so moving to the G70 felt like coming home. However like you mentioned the size is definitely taking some getting used to. It’s a huge car and it feels it especially when maneuvering around in parking lots and tight spaces. I’ve had ample seat time in my dad’s W223 S class which doesn’t feel “big” but I’m sure I’ll eventually get accustomed to the sizing of the G70. Exactly, I had a 2025 Individual G80 6MT order sitting on a boat but part of me couldn’t stomach paying MSRP again. When I heard about the lease programs on the 7 I jumped and didn’t look back.

Replaced OEM floor mats

Just replaced the OEM floor mats with the custom floor liners. They were very good in terms of catching all dust, mud, etc. in my X5, therefore I bought a custom set for my 760i as well.

Today I added two passengers footrests to the rear. I bought them on ebay. A version without velcro for the E38 Long, so as not to damage the thick mats.

Today, I had a Wolfbox 900 Pro mirror dash cam installed. This solved the issue of the rear window shade being opaque.

Also, I can now continuously record the front (in 4K) and the back (in 2.5K) while also using the 24H parking monitoring with the hardwire kit.

The 12" mirror is a perfect fit. The the cables on the top of the mirror just fit snugly between the Wolfbox mirror and the OEM cover behind the original mirror. There is one very small spot in front right upper corner that is blocked by the original mirror mount when recording but it is not significant.

I have 20% ceramic tint in the rear windshield and the rear cam is mounted inside behind it. Still getting very sharp image during the day and also at night.

At this price point, it should have come from the factory like this like my Range Rover Sport SV2 that has a ClearSight interior rear view mirror that displays a feed from a high-definition rear-facing camera.

Like that! Do you have to wire their camera to the back or can you use the stock camera? Or does it connect to the camera via WiFi?

Wolfbox has its own rear camera and you need to wire that cam to the back.

That's correct. I have the rear camera placed right by the 3rd brake light.

Good morning friends! Since I finally finished full body PPF, Ceramic tint and Maxton Design front bumper splitter, thought of sharing some pictures. So far I love it. So quite, stunning ride and over 625 miles with full tank and full charge!

Did you do this yourself? How did you remove the original? Heat Gun?
Where did you get the Black badging from? Also, is there a black badging available for the x-drive? My car is frozen deep gray in color and I hate the silver badging?

Yup. Just used a credit card. I spray painted the original. You can find gloss black ones including the xdrive on eBay and Aliexpress for around $20. I did not want to wait or deal with a fading low quality product.

After spray painting the original, how did you stick it back? Any special glue that you used?
