This is not going to be popular, but tossing in Elton John’s Rocket Man, and all songs. Not a fan of his voice or style of music. I don’t think he’s anything special and why do people think he’s so great. I’d rather hear silence or the loud breathing of the SO than that guy….ugh.

Aha, aha. Yes — 'time of your life' was in this thread somewhere. Agree with you on basket case, and although I like Green Day a lot, I can see how that song could annoy the shit out of someone, especially when it was first released.

But Queen and Elton's music is roughly a million times more sophisticated and beautiful than Billy Joe Armstrong's.
