If a woman glorifies for a couple of minutes a "banana tree", who wouldn't feel tempted to ask her "please elaborate" ?
Anyways, happy vibes. Bebel Gilberto - "Bananeira" (2000) (album: "Tanto Tempo") Alternative link if the video is blocked in your region:

Mariner + Domingo
A soothing electronic beat that has a cool blend of piano riffs and melodic vocal chorus later into the track. These guys (US duo) have a lot of good stuff.

Late 90s / early 00s: my brother - who used to DJ in clubs - played this track so now and then. Quite some firepower blasting through the speakers. Whenever club heads approached the DJ booth asking for the name of that track, he grinned and honestly said: "Spice Girls !". They always thought that he was joking. He wasn't.
Spice Girls - "Stop (David Morales Dub)" (1998):

This excellent hard driving deep & melodic house track has now moved up towards the top of my list. So much so that I actually paid for it a short while ago (FLAC)!
Nōpi, a Ukrainian DJ and producer is top notch. |

Oh man this is so cool. Whomever over at Anjunadeep label was responsible for putting together this video deserves a medal. This Lane 8 track is good by itself, but paired up with this video, awesome.
Even if you don't care for this type of music, you might enjoy the visuals. Don't forget your cans! Last edited by TiMSport; 02-17-2022 at 09:33 PM.. |

Live @ Rockpalast is a great concert video recorded just before the band went synth-crazy on Eliminator....

TiMSport, judging by your suggestions, you may like this remix (for the "Global Communication Dub Mix": see here).
Dusky - "Skin Deep (Global Communication Remix)" (2015): I always liked the rich versatility of soundscapes that Tom Middleton (classically trained musician) and Mark Pritchard create since the 90s as "Global Communication": Global Communication - "The Deep (Original Mix)" (1996):

Thanks Artemis . Not bad and I am familiar with those names, including Tom Middleton.
I'm reminded of an American DJ and producer named Matt Lange. You may be familiar with him but he is one of my all time favorite artists. He is uniquely talented and I own a ton of his music. I could make an entire thread just on his stuff alone but I'll spare the boredom for most people. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Lange He has put out a broad range of electronic music styles. Not sure I've come across too many that are technically gifted as him. The details of some of his tracks and his mastery of the tools that produce his works are incredible. Here's an interesting track I really like collaborating with Boom Jinx and Kerry Leva doing vocals. |
