You get to modify your car with engines and engine parts, change wheels, put wings and change fenders and hoods and exhaust pipes. You can change colors, add livery and customize the look.

You have to tune your car to the track. If it's all asphalt, you have to stiffen up your suspension, change gear ratios and brake bias. If not, your car is very hard to drive. Same thing with dirt surfaces.

Download is only like $35 if that. Worth it to me.

Anyone get Stadia?

I've been enjoying D2 since I got it and messing around with Farm Simulator last couple of days.

Fiance got me an Oculus Quest for Christmas, but gave it to me early. I've been playing the hell out of Beat Saber and Superhot. About to pull the plug on Fallout4 VR and Skyrim VR

Check out Lone Echo if you're looking for a AAA experience and story. The Climb is a pretty fun game as well.

Lone Echo looks cool, I am unsure about The Climb though. I get vertigo pretty easily looking off of high places IRL, plus my one experience climbing in the Vader Immortal games made me feel queasy. Might give it a shot though.

Been keeping an eye on Stadia. What's your experience so far? Do they have a large selection of games?

It's definitely a Beta. They have had some hiccups during the launch. Not sure how closely you are following it but its not a "Netflix for Games" model, you have to purchase each game for the Stadia platform and since Google is running their own sales many of them can be cheaper on steam or epic store etc.

But the actual technology is really cool. I have a Gigabit connection at home with no data cap and the games I can play run almost flawlessly. Its cool that they released two free games on Sunday and as soon as you fire up Stadia you go straight into the game with no installs or anything.

I tried it in the chrome browser at work with a weaker connection and multiple people doing many things on each of their computers and there are some noticeable hiccups.

Its pretty fun, been playing it whenever I get some time (late night or weekends). I used to play a lot of battlefield so for me "Ground War" is a fun hybrid of both game styles. The story mode is pretty good as well.

It's good, fast TTK which is fun when you play hardcore mode. Movement is fluid, and you have to be aware of the sound you're making and cautiously clear corners lest you walk into a shotgun. Extremely frustrating but extremely awarding at the same time.

This is good news to me. I switched to battlefield from COD a while back and haven't played COD since.

Is it constantly fast-paced or does it switch depending on the maps?

As a dedicated BF1 and BFV player - it requires more skill to run and gun - think sliding, rushing to cover, mounting, clearing corners in most modes. Ground War is your closest experience to BF. Gunfight is pretty intense 2 VS 2 close quarters mode and each round can end in seconds. Hardcore domination is pretty fun, it's a pretty good experience of aggression / defense that will have you trying different gun types and learn how to both defend a point strategically while hunkering down and also rushing to try and catch people by surprise. Much more stressful than BF but more rewarding - haven't played BFV since MW came out.

Definitely sounds like a good pickup then. Especially to switch up my gaming. Also, for anybody thinking about the new Need for Speed, I've only put about 2 hours into it and it's amazing. IMO of course.

I'm trying not to put $ into the game. Small group of us have been playing for 2 years. I've most of the British and American Fleets to rank 8 and 9. It's okay but we're rapidly approaching burn out with it...... looking for something else not too crazy.
