Armpits chest and legs I usually use a #3 gaurd. It doesn't look like it's been shaved but keeps it from getting out of control. I also keep the back as close to no hair as possible.

I would imagine that women would appreciate this more than really hairy guy with a baby smooth nether region, just something wrong about all that.
