Oeuf Cocotte ce matin:

1... Preparing the ingredients and separate white from yolk.
2... Sprinkle the white with parmesan.
3... Then add the pre browned breading with favorite spices.
4... Microwave for two minutes on level 2 or desired consistency.
5... Add to toasted bread then add the yolk.

You obviously missed the crepe skillet posts from last month.

I'm sure that I am not the only person waiting to see the crepes.....

You guys are so demanding and critical.

My recipe calls for four fairly large pancakes and I can only eat one with syrup, fruits or jam.. The other three I freeze until needed.

The crêpes will be forthcoming . I've been looking at recipes and I need to practice.
