Reset Rear Entertainment System

Hi,

Is there a way to reset this system. The right side screen is stuck on one song that my kid selected few weeks ago from the USB Drive but on the left side screen everything is normal and can change stations, songs and so on! Thanks

Have you tried rebooting the head unit, which the rear entertainment is connected to, by pressing the VOL knob for 25s?
Or disconnect the USB involved and try selecting a different media source?

Sorry not familiar, what is VOL Knob? Is this the knob that controls the iDrive? What is the process to reboot the system? Start the car and then hold the knob for 25s! Thanks

The Volume knob, where you also turn off/on the headunit. Hold it down for 25sec for the system to reboot.
