BTW, did it already on my old F10 to add 4-zone...see 1st picture. While it was time consuming, it wasn't too hard. It required a different air distribution box, one that has 13 stratification flaps, instead of the standard 7. No screws left over and no squeaks afterwards.

2nd picture is before, 3rd picture is afterwards.
Damn, that is a lot of work! Great job on retrofitting it properly. Love the interior on this one. Great contrast and everything looks fresh.

The F10 was pretty much a base unit, and decided to add full leather dashboard, full leather door cards, HK to B&O, 4-zone HVAC, rear heated seats, front seats from an M5 with massage and ventilated cushions, rear window powered shade, manual rear door shades, and Silverstone interior leather change.

My G12 B7 didn't come with all of the factory options, and it's outside of the manufacturers warranty, so now it's time to start doing "factory" Mods. On the list:
1. ACC
2. Leather interior color change
3. Fragrance/Ionizer
4. Change the black piano trim to Alpina Mrytle wood trim
5. Change dark alcantara headliner to light colored alcantara

....and already changed out the original Lavalina steering wheel to a brand new Lavalina leather Alpina steering wheel as the orginal was showing it's age.

In 5 years, the XB7 is next.

...and I do this as a hobby
