Welcome....first mod should be the following. I've had the decal on the front bumper for 2 years and through plenty of car washes......$8.62 here...I've bought from others, and are not worth putting on the vehicle.

Thank you for the suggestion, I have already ordered this from Europe and should be receiving it any day now. Looks like we are both on the same page!

I personally like my Black ALPINA on my white car.
I blacked out all the trims, also did black rims (had them refinished), also had the brake calipers made white, like the car itself. Then I had all the trims inside the car made piano black, so basically one of a kind / euro version of the Alpina (which you cannot get in the US)

Also black / White Alpina logo on the hood and trunk (removed the BMW Logos on the car, and converted the whole car to a storm trooper. I will get pics once I get it washed and back from some body work (my front spoiler needs work), ..

2020 LCI Alpina B7, I even had this key made (this was the mockup), its due to arrive next week.. lol

I also coded the car, put on Euro WIng Mirrors (no blind spots on these, or the stupid objects appear closer than they are..

Where did you pick this up from? Do you mind sharing? Also, did you get the mirror base in black shadow too?

Also, it looks like your B7 already has wheel spacers? Did you do 12mm all the way around?

I purchased the car from Autonique in Oceanside, CA. They sell plenty of high end cars and very easy to work with, great reviews also.

As for the shadowline, I did not get the mirror base being that it is not easy to find, so I figured I will be wrapping those pieces. But I do have a guy where I bought my rear trim from who says the mirror base is actually painted at BMW and he can get the base and paint them for $500, I figured I would save some money and have it wrapped.

I also did ECS spacers and extended lug bolts. 15mm rear and 12.5mm in the front’s as I thought 15mm would be too much for the front.

The decal looks great...the very first pre-LCI B7's used to come from the Alpina factory with decals, but it was short lived. The LCI's aren't decals, but are metal badges.

Hard to tell, but it looks like your interior is full black....so I hope you have the Alpina Myrtle wood, but most likely Alpina Piano black.

BTW, Alpina interior trim is marked with an Alpina logo embedded in the trip to the right of the center vent, and many G12 B7 Alpina vehicles have non-Alpina trim installed (so it will be missing the logo on the trim).

Do you have the Alpina trunk carpet inlay too?

So I have smoke white interior and do not have the Alpina trim in my car, my floor mats however are Alpina and are white with the badging. But with kids and possible adults in the rear of the car, I went ahead and took those out for safe keeping and replaced with black floor mats from a 750, I actually think the contrast works well in my car.

I have seen the Alpina decal on the interior trim and thought it was for European models but the information you gave me seems to elude to the fact it was an option. I love that option and unfortunately I do not have it, I appreciate all of your knowledge on these vehicles! Please keep sharing if you have more information.

Yesterday I also completed the rear black out OEM trim on the rear trunk and tail lights and bottom of door trim and fenders, I attempted to do my window door trim for the front and rear but after dealing with the seals and it not being that easy to remove the actual trim, I will take it to my local BMW mechanic to have them complete the swap.

Great looking interior....and the exact interior color that Alpina Myrtle wood looks great in, but the black trim works very well too. The other trim colors, not so much. Your full leather package looks great!!!

I really like your contrast stitching on your steering wheel which matches the smoke white leather, but not sure I've seen this in a B7...Alpina steering wheels typically come with blue contrast stitching on the upper half, and green contrast stitching on the lower half of the steering wheel.

Are you going to black out the silver trim above each fog light assembly too?

Please keep posting your progress and pictures..your B7 looks great!

The floormat Alpina emblems come in two flavors, the metal "coin" version, and the colored version...which can also be installed on the seat backs too, which is what Alpina did in earlier B7's variations prior to the G12.

Here is the P/N for the colored emblem: 51477992594 (very expensive ~$130 each)
Here is the P/N for the metal "coin" version: 51477988560 (~$30 each)

The floor mat emblems have two Philips screws that you can remove and move them over from your "white" floormats to your black floormats (if you so desire)......

when you go to remove the trims on the taillights, those slide, do not pull, it will break the tabs, cause I did. open the trunk, then slide them towards the center of the car from each side, they will move and unclick. or break them and replace them like I did haha

The bumper trims get removed using a wedge or trim moval tool, remove the chrome part first, then the reflector, as they merge to each other and you'll why. Start removing it from where the chrome meets the reflector, then work your way towards the tire. then on the reflector, start from where the two merged, and work your way towards the center of the bumper.

in case you break them or so you can see how the clips are arranged, you can see the wedge in the corner that prevents you from removing the chrome piece closest to the tire, hence start in the middle of where the chrome meets the reflector.

The window trims are removed with a special tool

I have the TIS documents to show it if you are interested. See page 1&2 only (attached)

Thank u all for the information! My floor mats have the metal Alpina badge and I did not know they were removable! As for the stitching on my steering wheel, the upper part is blue and bottom is green. I will post better pictures of it.

As for the tail light trim and trunk, it was really straight forward. I wish the side window trim was easy! I will complete the black out of the trim and side marker and I think at that point I will be done with the B7.

I have to start paying more attention to my 911 and take care of a few maintenance issues. Nothing big, but I’m a firm believer that cars have souls 🤣 if you pay too much attention to one car the other one starts acting up lol

I will keep posting any other updates I do to the B7, but I appreciate all of the feedback!!

Oh I forgot to mention that I will keep the trim above the fog lights as is. So no blacking them out… at least not any time soon!
