Wow that does make a difference, I actually like the black buttons. It’s the small details that make the difference. I never knew there was a difference with the pre LCI. Shouldn’t be too expensive to replace I wouldn’t think

Took me 10 min to install, need to use a strong small wedge, or butter knife to do it, go slow. Sorry for the blurry pic, stupid Apple LIVE pics, I will get a better still once I get it back from Powdercoating (Calipers, tail pipes (removed the chrome there too))

Although it’s blurry, I am liking this mod. I can definitely see doing this in the future. Thank you for the pic, looking forward to pictures of the powder coating!

Installed brakes
Airbag waiting for M Sport for the alpina. Will be nicer than that fatty that’s on there now. This is how my car is badged, along with wheels, I have a contact that made customer gel domed badges for me. |

I had them made, took off the old, took to my powder coat guys and they acid dipped, stripped the chrome and powdercoat4ed them black. I have a knack for making things look better, working on some interior changes too, cant show you now, don't want folks scrambling to buy the parts haha, but more silver button delete ideas..
Steering wheel will go M sport with black buttons too. |

Yes I’m definitely excited about your build, totally understanding keeping it all under wrap until all parts are sourced! Please keep us updated on this, I’m intrigued.
I will upgrade my tips shortly, was wondering if you had bought new ones, but now I know what you did. Looks great! |

Once I have them installed, will post pics, those will speak louder than telling you what I am doing, but definitely doing something unique, cool with good taste. I am working on some door projectors, but going to remove the Red and Blue in the Alpina logo, so gonna have to take those all apart, need to have it match the badging ha. Appreciate the support, I have a nack for making things rad. you should see my M sport 750 that I made into a M7.. that should be done in a few weeks, then I'll post that too, she's a gem for a M fun car with some go-go in her. |

Another sneak peak. Logo will go on it once I have it ready. Got a few more tricks up my sleeve on the interior to come.

Does anyone know the color of Alpina B7 carpet for the black interior?
is it Black, Ebony or Anthracite? Im trying to find a good matching trunk carpet color.. Would we go with Ebony based on these colors? Black seems too deep. The Alpina OEM trunk Carpet, seems more black, thoughts? |
