Electric Clattering/Pulsating Sound after pressing button when vehicle is off

My vehicle makes this off electric repetitive clattering/pulsating sound whenever I press any button in the interior when the vehicle is off. It won't make the same sound if I press another button right away, but after 20 or so seconds, it will happen again once I press a button again.

I've brought my vehicle into the service centre to identify the issue but of course, I wasn't able to replicate it when it was there. However, I can always replicate it when it's at home or parked elsewhere.

Anyone know what it could be?

It is not an issue. Mine does it on some scenarios but I have never bothered to give it a second thought, as it is absolutely normal for all kinds of actuators and motors and solenoids to do their job and different checks when when there are some system inputs. Don't overthink things.
