clicking/knocking noise from front wheels especially when wheels turned

I have searched for an answer but no luck. Clicking/knocking noise (it's reather steady, maybe 4-5-6 knocks when either going forward or reverse, more noticeable when wheels are turned to either left or right.

Any ideas what this might be? I took car in last year twice and they could never duplicate sound.

2016 750i with 61k miles today.

I have the same issue. Bump post
