Thank you. Drove it home today - 300 kms. Lovely ride quality despite 20’’ rims and run flat tyres. Very quiet and comfortable with terrific sound system. I found I liked adaptive mode best. I got 50 mpg on the trip - no complaints there.

Congrats to you too! I’ve had a lot of 5s, A6s etc. This really is a lovely thing to ride in.

Thank you for your congrats - most kind! However, I'm Irish, not British. What's your opinion of the car and how long have you had it? What spec etc?

My bad! I have a 740Li which is a great car tbh! It is a little long as I have the long wheelbase version however the short wheel base wasn’t available for the 3.0 petrol so I had to make the sacrifice.... it’s an amazingly comfortable car and rapid too! Mine is imperial blue with a white interior and the pure excellence package on 18” rims. Would definitely like to get some different wheels maybe the 21” style 629’s for a really clean look. I also have the rear reclining seats and front massaging seats. They are fantastic! And I mainly went for the 7 due to the more premium feel and I just hate cheap plastics which are non existent in this car unlike the lower down 5 and 3 series. I’ve had my car since December and it’s been amazing. I wish you all the best and if you need any help let me know!

Thank you. Your car sounds terrific. I was a bit surprised when I first saw the space in the back of my car. It's not that it's bad, but for the size of the car I think I was expecting it to be more spacious. However the LWB would be just to big for some of the country lanes around where I live (rural Donegal). The other thing that surprised me was the ride quality. I was a bit apprehensive about 20'' rims and runflat tyres. But there was no need to worry - the ride is lovely. I might be wrong but I would think that 18'' rims could look a bit small on the car - esp on the LWB version.

They do definitely look small so I was thinking about getting something nice but similar multi-spoke. The rear seats are huge on this car but I don’t really have too much use for them lolll. I hope you enjoy ur awesome ride!
