2016 BMW 740i Gauge Cluster Issues

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my 2016 BMW 740i. The issue just started happening and there last Monday and the cluster goes completely blank. When I get in the car it starts the initiating sequence and the BMW animation starts, but it goes blank after 4-5 seconds. Eventually it turns on after drives longer than 15min. While driving I noticed that the glitch happens when the lane departure warning kicks in.

I also used a scanner to run codes and got the following:

CDA728 - NO message (KOMBI status display, 0x183), receiver DME, transmitter KOMBI)



Currently I'm thinking:
1) The Cluster is faulty and some electrical component is not properly connected so the lane departure vibrations make the dash glitch.

2) There is a software issue. Maybe its just glitching? I also have the issue where the headlights turn on and off when the car is off and unlocked. So I'm thinking the car doesn't go into sleep mode and its memory gets overloaded causing the cluster to glitch.

I'm completely in the dark here and tried looking for threads in regards to this issue.
