2019 740i Radio Tuner not functional?

Hey all. I have a customer who stopped by today with a new-to-him 2019 740i. He was asking about the radio tuner because the local AM/FM stations do not produce any audio. The tuner is getting local station information, but there is no sound. The CD, SiriusXM, etc all produce audio but not the local radio. I tried holding the power/volume knob in on the dash to reset the tuner/iDrive but it did not reset. Im not very familiar with the newer chassis and infotainment systems, so I wasn't sure how to approach this.
