Auxiliary Heating via Remote services

Does anyone know if the Auxilary heating is started by Remote services?

In the Climate option when I set the Activate now , the Aux heating starts and since I dont have my Display key anymore, when I press the Activate now on the remote services it just starts blowing air and I dont thing the webasto heater is activated?

The auxilary heating (webasto) turn on when outside is under 10 degrees Celsius. Above 10 is only ventilation.
