Why, hello there. I love the way this thing looks. Much better looking then the M3, I think.

Love the stance. And another set, with different wheels:

I'd love it if this is the first volume AMG model they produce that doesn't have a massive lag between gear inputs in manual mode. That's the main issue I had when driving the pre-facelift C63, and it's reportedly a persistent issue with all of their current models excluding the SLS BS.

The literal shift speed is quick but the responses are still well behind current standards.

Furthermore, Controlled Efficiency/Comfort mode on the MCT is a little smoother around town than the equivalent program on the E9X M3 w/ DCT. That said, even with the MCT, there is a little bit of a delay while upshifting with the paddles/gear selector in M mode. However, downshifts are still virtually instantaneous (downshifts feature automatic rev-matching). I noticed better behavior out of the transmission after I got my Eurocharged tune. I've heard that some of the other tunes have beneficial impacts in that department as well.

I have a beagle that looks exactly the same from behind. No manual and that back end are just deal killers. If they do bring the wagon here though, I'm going to likely eat crow while my left leg atrophies.

It's software tuning, that's all it is. MBZ needs to get that right.

Rear end looks won't matter when other people are too far behind to see it.

That's when an ugly front end is okay, the problem with this is that everyone will see the pinched back end with the crying tail lights. But you're right, at least they won't have to see it for long.

Looks boring to me. Not nearly aggressive enough IMO.

Why the diff rims used on front and rear for the track... seems odd. Someone was last and did not notice when setting up the car?

Am I the only one that likes to fly under the radar? I don't like attracting attention, I think the wider flares are nice, but not too aggressive.

Will reserve final judgement for post camo pics, but as it stands now, i don't like it. Too soft and rounded for my liking.
Good option for those who have conservative taste and prefer more rounded and swoopy cars. The m3 thankfully is more aggressive, and is a better look for me personally, as was the prior gen c63 |

I like discrete too but the W204 C63 had more pronounced fenders but it didn't scream attention. I can't even tell if the fenders are even flared vs. the base C-Class. This is an AMG after all...
