Just FYI though, BMW are not the first German company to do this to support their growth in China.

And also... good one for being concerned about share price... but look at the graphs.. it's a normal fluctuation and still continues the steep upward trend of the last few years.

Face it dude, you're just trying to trash talk BMW by picking any negative number to justify your apparent dislike for the company products.

I bet u when the new m5 comes out he will
Hop back on the bandwagon and start whacking

Mercedes T (station wagon) was introduced on the German market only in September 2014.
This shows how badly BMW 3er is doing; especially if you compare it to the Audi A4 that is going to be replaced this year in autumn (while the 3er is new, gets replaced only in 2019).

This year the 3er will receive a facelift with better quality interior materials and new or updated engines. Take this into account.

Better interior? Ha! Doubt it. What are they going to do? Redesign? No but maybe an updated navigation if we are lucky from the new 7 series. Maybe throw in some options which is not standard but no way will we see any new design.

Relax you big angry nerd. The original statement was that the facelift will likely have better materials and banana went bananas saying that a redesign was dumb. My statement is that banana clearly didnt understand that better materials doesnt mean total interior redesign.

Who was talking to you?

We will see won't we? Define better interior? Different materials or color does not been better. Just another option.

The guys said better quality interior materials. you started going off on him 'claiming' redesigned interiors. it sounds like you still haven't improved your reading comprehension.

You still haven't defined better quality interior? It is subjective. You might say a different material is while some might not consider that better just another option when you spec the car.

For the twelve-trillionth time... The statement was better... quality... interior.... MATERIALS.... I find it hard to believe you can be this dense without it being some sort of dumb joke.

In the old days, the seven led the direction. Nowadays, the 7 is born of parts made from high production models.

Lightbulb

You can NOT tell me this car isn't built on the F0 platform!!!

This is a freaking Face-lift!!!

Look closely at the overall lines. And this interior is the exact same as mine.... Except for the Android/iPad sticking out of the dash.

Sure the headlights are cool. But seriously???? If this is an all new platform. Epic let down.

Here's an even better photo on a completely different vehicle and color...

Thumbs down

So THIS is supposed to be the "technological breakthrough"... Air Touch????

Is this NOT our dash, a/c vents, etc?

This "stuck on" Tablet thing is just whack.

Every car high end I have driven lately, Porsches, Bentleys ect have "Touch screen".......... I thought this was a "retrograde step"..............

Touch screens cause you to look away from the road surely?.

but BUT it will be 300 lbs. lighter!!! YAWN. S Class not only blew the doors off of BMW for the G11 generation but also the next. BMW 7 series will be playing catchup for the next 6 years and will be second fiddle in luxury large sedan market.
